Malcolm has over 20 years of experience in planning and development with a proven track record in leading advice on major high-profile and complex schemes.

He advises from scheme inception to completion and has provided advice on schemes throughout the UK worth well in excess of £20 billion.

Malcolm helps clients achieve a wide range of objectives; from creating more diverse employment, housing and leisure offers well connected to surrounding land uses to setting up innovative public-private joint ventures.

Malcolm is also a Lecturer/Examiner at Glasgow University on their Real Estate Development Course.
