Mark has amassed 35 years of experience in real estate capital markets. His specific focus is on town centre mixed-use, retail parks, leisure and superstore schemes, as well as annuity-style investments such as major corporate sales and leasebacks, car parks and university student accommodation.

Mark has extensive contacts in the markets’ agency and investor base. Within Montagu Evans, he draws upon the support of best-in-class specialist agencies and professional teams to facilitate detailed due diligence and effective strategies to optimise the return for his clients.
