Paul has been dealing with all issues surrounding the complexities of business rates for over 10 years. He is the northern lead for the dedicated landlord and developer team and specialises in providing strategic advice to large landlord clients in both the public and private sectors. Paul is personally responsible for managing assets in excess of £100 million in Rateable Value.
He has a wealth of experience with all bulk class property types (retail, offices and industrial) and has also operated in more specialist areas including healthcare and the blue light industry. Paul has been involved in the last three revaluations and covers the North of England.
