Polly is a Chartered Town Planner with more than ten years experience in planning and development. Her particular expertise lies in complex residential-led or mixed-use schemes, and the delivery of large-scale developments.

Polly works on a diverse range of projects across the country, with a focus on London and the south-east, and advises clients across both the private and public sectors.

Central to Polly’s way of working is clear communication with stakeholders at all stages in the planning process, enabling the formulation and execution of solutions and strategies which meet client objectives and realise value through the planning process.

Polly also understands the value of maintaining a good understanding of linked issues which have a critical bearing on planning matters, such as sustainability and heritage implications.
