Montagu Evans
Robbie is a Surveyor who works in the Landlord and Developer Business rates team.
He focuses on providing rating appeal and consultancy advice tailored to the specific needs of clients – ensuring that clients benefit from reliefs that are available and mitigate business rates liabilities on vacant properties. Robbie advises on all property types but primarily focuses on office and industrial properties.
Robbie previously worked as a research associate at CoStar, before moving to Montagu Evans in 2020, joining the graduate scheme where he completed four six-month rotations in different parts of the business. Robbie became RICS accredited in 2022.
