Robert Cohu

Robert joined Montagu Evans in 2018 and has experience in the industrial and logistics market.

His key focus is the disposal and acquisition of industrial premises and land on both a leasehold and freehold basis. Robert also advises landowners on their development projects and has been involved with £250m worth of development and investments transactions in 2022.

Robert remains involved with frequent occupier projects, be that general occupational advice or acquisition work across London.
