Rory Taylor

Rory is in the Development Advisory team at Montagu Evans. He joined Montagu Evans in August 2020 having gained his Chartership in November 2019 whilst at GL Hearn.

He specialises in development and valuation consultancy and has experience advising public and private sector clients.

Rory specifically focuses on residential and mixed use development sites providing development, valuation and agency advice across the country.

Rory also has experience in affordable housing, preparing Financial Viability Assessments and carrying out feasibility studies.
