Ross is a Partner in the Alternative Living Sector team and has over 20 years of experience in investment agency. His client base includes a variety of private equity and property companies, as well as UK institutions, developers and owner-operators.
As the Senior Living lead within the Alternative Living team, Ross works nationally across the UK and is actively focused on expanding Montagu Evans’s involvement in the Senior Living sector. Additionally, he is heavily involved in both the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation and Build to-Rent sectors.
Ross provides clients with a full range of investment consultancy advice, specialising in the acquisition, disposal, funding, financial modelling and financing of large-scale investments and development projects, including development sites.
Experienced across all sectors, Ross has represented investors and developers in the disposal and acquisition of more than £1 billion of property investments and has advised on several major forward funding projects, both for developers seeking funding and investors providing funding.
