Scott Zanre

Being a RICS Registered Valuer with over 12 years’ experience, Scott specialises in providing Red Book valuations for the leading banks, institutions and private investors for loan security and asset valuation purposes.

Scott’s expertise mostly covers the core office, retail, industrial and leisure sectors but he also advises clients on mixed-use developments, specifically focusing on student housing and hotel development schemes.

As well as valuation and development-led work, Scott acts for both landlords and tenants with respect to rent reviews, lease renewals/extensions, occupational lease re-gearing and surrender notifications.
