With over 20 years in commercial property, Steve specializes in the valuation of commercial properties across the UK, with a particular focus on the industrial and office sectors. He advises banks and other lending institutions, as well as property companies and institutional investors on existing property portfolios and new acquisitions.

Steve carries out secured lending valuations, company accounts valuations, and acquisition and disposal valuations. He also has considerable experience in valuing development schemes and sites, advising both lenders and developers on valuation matters relating to the funding and delivery of development projects.
