Steve is a rating expert experienced in providing rate management and liability advice to both landlord and occupier clients in the retail, office, health, industrial and leisure sectors.

Steve has significant experience in dealing with complex rateable occupation and liability cases as well as being able to provide budgetary and forecasting advice to a wide range of clients from retail through to the NHS. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, Steve monitors for changes in occupancy, adjusting the budget forecast accordingly; checking and approving the demands for payment.
