He represents major transport undertakers, local authorities, private developers, and landowners as well as funds, government departments, and national retailers. Tim has been involved in a number of high-profile projects requiring land acquisition services including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Thameslink, High Speed 2, the National Stadium, and St David’s Cardiff. He is currently involved with a number of the town center and brownfield regeneration projects for local authorities and private developers as well as rail improvement projects for Network Rail across South East and East Anglia.
