Zelie Batchelor

Zelie works in the Planning team, where her experience began as a planning officer at a local authority, providing her valuable public sector knowledge, before moving to the private sector as a planning consultant.

Zelie has had involvement in a range of schemes across multiple sectors including the co-ordination, submission and negotiation of full, outline, reserved matters, hybrid, and listed building consent applications.

Zelie’s experience spans from advising on estate regenerations, residential schemes within sensitive locations including conservation areas, green belt and the MOL, student accommodation schemes, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
