Mark Spiteri

Mark is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. He joined Montagu in July 2022 from Experian, where he was SVP & Global Head of Engineering and then Interim CTO, with responsibility for the enterprise software business of Decisioning and Identity and Fraud products. Previously Mark was the Chief Development Officer at FinancialForce, a PE backed Cloud ERP market leader, SVP R&D at Software AG where he oversaw the portfolio of high-growth products, and VP Software Engineering at Progress Software, where over 8 years he held multiple global roles including overseeing offshoring. Mark was also a founding engineer, and then led development at Apama, the innovator in CEP technology and Algorithmic Trading. Mark holds a PhD in Computer Science from Cambridge University and a BSc in Computing and Physics from the University of Malta.
