Karsten Olejnik

Karsten Olejnik has an extensive work experience in the fields of healthcare and research. Karsten is currently employed at Montai Health since January 2021, holding the position of Scientist 1 for process development. In March 2023, they were promoted to Scientist 2 with a focus on analytics.

Prior to their current position, Karsten worked at Sigilon Therapeutics, Inc. from August 2016 to January 2021. During this time, they served as a Senior Research Associate and later as a Principal Associate Scientist, specializing in chemistry.

Before joining Sigilon Therapeutics, Inc., Karsten worked at Boston Children's Hospital from August 2013 to August 2016 as a Research Assistant II. Karsten then moved to the David H. Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research, where they worked as a Technical Assistant from January 2011 to August 2013.

Additionally, Karsten gained experience in the industry at Genzyme, where they worked as a Research Associate on a contract basis from February 2009 to September 2010.

Early in their career, from November 2007 to August 2008, Karsten worked as a Research Assistant at KIST Europe.
