Kaitlin Raven

Kaitlin Raven is an experienced professional in environmental conservation and outdoor education. Currently serving as a Field Coordinator at Montana Conservation Corps since January 2022, Kaitlin specializes in chainsaw and crosscut instruction, leadership development, conflict resolution, and logistics. Previous roles include Assistant Supervisor at Big Sky Resort's mountain sports school, Forestry Technician with the U.S. Forest Service, and various positions at Big Sky Resort, showcasing a strong background in ski instruction and children's programming. Early career experience includes leading crews at Montana Conservation Corps and participating in restoration projects with Sierra Nevada Alliance and Student Conservation Association, where Kaitlin focused on environmental education and hands-on conservation efforts. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies from Florida State University.
