Nicole Prom

Nicole Prom is an experienced professional in outdoor leadership and environmental conservation, currently serving as the Youth Program Coordinator and Expedition Leader with Montana Conservation Corps since May 2021. Nicole has a robust background in guiding and teaching, having worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where assistance was provided for laboratory research in biology, and as a Trip Leader for the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness, leading outdoor excursions. Additional roles include coaching the Varsity Dance Team at Cretin-Derham Hall, serving as a Camp Counselor at Camp Granite Lake, and mentoring high school students as a Wilderness Guide with Les Voyageurs Inc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minors in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management, and Fisheries, Wildlife and Conservation Biology from the University of Minnesota. Nicole's diverse skill set encompasses trail work, species surveys, risk management, and administrative support, reflecting a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and youth development.
