Bill Jarocki

Bill Jarocki is an experienced professional with a strong background in public administration and finance. Currently serving as the Unit Manager for the Project Management and Business Analysis Unit and previously as the Director of Enterprise Planning and Analysis at the Montana Department of Revenue since February 2014, Bill manages projects focused on process improvement and strategic planning. Bill has held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as President of Voltaic Solutions, LLC, and as a Municipal Management and Finance Consultant at Arkoosh Law Offices. Additionally, Bill has extensive experience in academia as the Director of the Environmental Finance Center at Boise State University and as an Adjunct Faculty Member. Earlier career achievements include serving as Executive Director of the Association of Idaho Cities and as a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Northwestern University and a Master of Public Administration from Boise State University.
