Brittan "Britt" Pratt

Britt Pratt has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Montana Instruments as a Mechanical Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Resodyn Corporation from 2016 to 2022, where they held the positions of Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for taking conceptual designs through the design process, improving reliability, and decreasing engineering time and manufacturing costs.

Before joining Resodyn Corporation, Britt worked at Weatherford from 2011 to 2016. Brittan "Britt" served as a Project Engineer and a Development Engineer, being responsible for the entire new product development cycle, project management, and customer engagement. Additionally, they gained experience in construction project management and IT support as an Assistant Superintendent at Embrace Brazos Valley for a brief period in 2011.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Neutral Posture, Inc. from 2007 to 2010, serving as a Process Improvement Engineer and a Design Engineer. Brittan "Britt" was involved in improving existing processes, developing new ones, implementing open engineering change orders, and building prototypes. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Engineer at The Ex One Company from 2004 to 2006, focusing on mechanical engineering tasks related to rapid prototyping equipment.

Britt's career started as a Draftsman at Power Superconducter Applications Corporation from 2003 to 2004, where they created, modified, and updated AutoCAD drawings. And in a earlier role, they worked as a Student Machine Shop Assistant at Grove City College in 2003, where they operated CNC milling machines and designed tooling.

Throughout their career, Britt Pratt has consistently demonstrated their expertise in mechanical engineering, project management, process improvement, and design. Brittan "Britt" has successfully completed various projects, improved processes, mentored colleagues, and contributed to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.

Brittan "Britt" Pratt pursued their education in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Brittan "Britt" started their academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Grove City College between 1999 and 2003. Later, they decided to further enhance their educational qualifications and completed a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (MS) from Texas A&M University from 2006 to 2008.
