Currently serving as an ESPM Analyst and formerly as a Technical Support Analyst at Montana State Fund since March 2010, Juanita has developed expertise in system performance management. Prior to this role, Juanita worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana from August 1994 to March 2010 as a Desktop Support Technician, where foundational skills in IT support were established.
