Rende MacKay

Rende Mackay has diverse work experience in human resources and training. They started their career as a Staff Trainer at AAA MountainWest in 2000. Later, they worked as an HR Director at Billings Head Start from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Personnel Plus! Consulting Services Of Montana as an HR Consultant. Subsequently, they worked as a Senior HR Generalist at the Department of Administration from 2008 to 2012. Finally, they held the role of Human Resource Director at the Department of Labor & Industry in the State of Montana.

Rende Mackay earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Services, General from the College of Great Falls from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, Rende attended Montana State University-Bozeman from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, General. In addition, Rende obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in the year 2005.
