Paul Dabbar

Paul Dabbar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and energy policy. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Bohr Quantum Technology and a member of the Board of Directors at Dominion Energy and Montana Technologies, Paul also holds a position as Senior Research Scholar/Distinguished Visiting Fellow at Columbia University's Center on Global Energy Policy. A contributor to The Wall Street Journal's editorial page and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Paul previously served as Under Secretary for Science at the U.S. Department of Energy and spent over two decades at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Managing Director. Paul’s military background includes serving as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy. Paul holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Marine/Nuclear Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
