Hailey Conger

Hailey Conger, JD, currently serves as an Executive Assistant at MontaRosa since September 2024. Prior to this role, Conger worked as a Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Renovata & Company, where the focus was on executive search and private equity advisory. Conger also held positions as an Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator at ZEREN, a role as a Research Associate at Corbally, Gartland and Rappleyea, LLP, and served as Assistant to the Mayor in Poughkeepsie, managing daily office operations. Earlier experience includes internship roles with the Mayor's office and judicial intern under Judge O'Neil, along with coaching field hockey at Our Lady of Lourdes High School. Conger holds a Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Marist College.
