Joe Boystak

Joe Boystak is the current Chairman at Montauk Technologies. Joe has also previously served as the Co-Founder, Co-Chairman, and President at HxSquare, Inc. from February 2019 to January 2022. Joe has an extensive background in the healthcare industry, having also worked at Brightwaters Capital, Dr.Evidence, LLC, Balboa Geolocation, Inc, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Bruin Biometrics, LLC, and Southern California Biomedical Council.

Joe Boystak has a Master of Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Cum Laude from Boston University, and a certification from the USPTO in SEM scanner sensing apparatus, system and methodology. Joe also has a certification from FINRA in Series 7 & Series 63 Securities Licenses.
