Ben Botti, MS, PMP

Ben Botti, MS, PMP has a strong background in Linux QA engineering and software testing. Ben started their career as an Assistant Webmaster at the National Interagency Fire Center in 2000. Ben then worked as a Computer Resource Specialist at the University of California, Davis from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they interned as a Software Engineer at Network Equipment Technologies. Ben joined Vima Microsystem in 2005 as a System Engineer and later moved on to Montavista Software as a Lead Embedded Linux QA Engineer. At Montavista Software, they also worked as a Software Test Engineer Intern. From 2012 to 2015, Ben served as a Technical Manager in Linux QA Engineering at Cavium. Since 2015, they have been working at MontaVista Software as a Technical Manager in Linux QA Engineering. Ben holds a Master's degree and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Ben Botti, MS, PMP completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Davis, from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University, attending from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Ben has obtained additional certifications, including a 2nd Dan Tae Kwon Do UWTA Black Belt from Kukkiwon in October 2017 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2009.
