Matthew Doty

Matthew Doty is an experienced estimator currently working at Montbleau & Associates since April 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held multiple positions at Wooly's Des Moines from January 2014, providing security and assistance during live shows for audiences exceeding 800. At RCS Millwork from June 2018 to April 2023, responsibilities included estimating, delivery driving, and fabricating cabinets. Between January 2013 and June 2018, Matthew served as a drum technician and stage manager for New Politics, overseeing a variety of drum kits for over 700 shows. Additional experience includes custom fabrication at GOMC, merchandise sales at the Hinterland Festival, telesales work at ADP, and data analysis at Wells Fargo.
