Erica Pagano

Erica Pagano is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leading roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as VP of Marketing and Sales and a Board Member at Monte Carlo since January 2022, Erica has previously held significant positions including VP of Marketing, Product Innovation, and Branding at Grupo Hinode from September 2020 to June 2023. Other notable roles include Brand Director for L’Oréal Professionnel, Chief Marketing Officer at Grupo Technos S/A, and Regional Marketing Director at Avon. Erica's career began at Natura, where a strong foundation in product management was established.
