Thiago Ferrari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online strategy development. Currently serving as the Head of Digital at Monte Carlo since October 2021, Thiago has previously held senior roles, including E-commerce Senior Manager at Oi and Digital Marketing Manager at Grupo Technos S/A. Notable achievements include the successful restructuring of e-commerce channels at Brazil Hospitality Group and the establishment of e-commerce operations at RESERVA.
