Carrie Norman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outreach and business development within the healthcare sector, particularly in eating disorder treatment and substance use disorder services. Currently serving as a Board Member for Columbia River Eating Disorder Network, Carrie supports the organization's mission by fostering connections among healthcare professionals. As Senior Regional Outreach Manager at Monte Nido & Affiliates since 2013, Carrie has played a pivotal role in transitioning outreach strategies and building relationships with various stakeholders. Carrie has held multiple leadership positions within Monte Nido, including Director of West Coast Outreach and National Director of Outreach, overseeing teams and managing outreach support nationwide. Prior experience includes roles in business development at Center for Change Treatment Programs, Shadow Mountain Recovery, and other organizations, with an educational background in Political Science and Government from the University of Oregon.
