JaLisa Nailon serves as the Clinical Director at Monte Nido since February 2025, bringing extensive experience in the mental health field. Prior to this role, JaLisa held the position of Clinical Lodge Director at Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center from August 2021 to February 2025, and also worked as a Therapist at the same facility. JaLisa's experience includes supervising a community service team and serving as a Qualified Mental Health Professional at Sertoma Centre, Inc. from August 2018 to August 2021, and working as a Behavioral Health Specialist at Timberline Knolls from August 2015 to October 2018. Educationally, JaLisa earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Governors State University between 2014 and 2017, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Psychology from Illinois State University from 2012 to 2014, and an Associate of Science in Psychology from Lincoln College from 2010 to 2012.
