Alison Paterson

Alison Paterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in immuno-oncology and drug development. Currently serving as Vice President at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since August 2021, Alison previously held the position of Senior Director in Immuno-Oncology at Servier Pharmaceuticals and Director of Biology at both Agios Pharmaceuticals and Surface Oncology Inc. With expertise in leading cross-functional teams, developing program strategies, and managing various aspects of drug development, Alison has successfully guided multiple programs through to IND submission and portfolio management. Alison's academic background includes a DPhil in Transplantation Immunology from the University of Oxford, along with an Honours Degree in Cell Biology & Human Genetics and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry & Microbiology from the University of Cape Town.
