Jt Rynak

JT Rynak has extensive experience in talent acquisition and staffing roles. Starting in 2003, JT worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Idenix Pharmaceuticals and later, in 2010, at AVEO Pharmaceuticals. In 2007, JT joined Codon Devices as a Corporate Recruiter for two years, before moving on to work as a Recruiter at Infinity Pharmaceuticals from 2008 to 2010. From 2004 to 2011, JT worked as a Recruiter at bioscale. In 2011, JT became a Staffing Consultant at H3 Biomedicine, where they worked for eight years until 2019. During this time, in 2014, JT worked as a Consultant at Gen9, Inc. From 2015 to 2017, JT served as the Head of HR & Staffing at Anokion US. In 2015, JT also joined Homology Medicines, Inc. as a Senior Staffing Consultant, where they worked until 2020. Finally, in 2019, JT became the Head of Talent Acquisition at Monte Rosa Therapeutics.

JT Rynak has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Merrimack College. Additionally, they have earned two Master of Science (MS) degrees in Clinical Physiology from Northeastern University.
