Ashley Aleem

Ashley Aleem is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in therapy and counseling. Currently serving as a Primary Therapist and Utilization Review Specialist at Montecatini Eating Disorder Treatment Center, Ashley also operates a private practice as a psychotherapist. As an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego, Ashley has instructed graduate students in various courses within the Counseling/Maulriage & Family Therapy Program. Previous roles include providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy at Applied DBT Clinicians and serving as a Clinical Counselor at the Community Association for Psychological Empowerment (CAPE) and Alvarado Parkway Institute. Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
