Jessica Coyne-Lowe

Jessica Coyne-Lowe has extensive experience in healthcare management and quality improvement, currently serving as the Interim Director of Care Management at NorthBay Health since January 2015, following roles as Manager of Care Management & CDI and Quality Improvement Manager. Previously, Jessica worked at John Muir Medical Center from July 2004 to December 2014 as a Quality Improvement Specialist, focusing on cardiovascular service line support, and was involved in data abstraction and participation in various quality improvement committees. Jessica began their career at the University of San Francisco as an Office Assistant before earning a BSN in Nursing and a dual MSN/MBA from the University of Phoenix.
