Anthony Coy

Anthony Coy has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technology and software development. Anthony is currently working at Montecito Bank & Trust as the First Vice President and Director of Engineering. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President and Manager of Software Engineering at the same company.

Before joining Montecito Bank & Trust, Anthony worked at American Riviera Bank as the Vice President of Deposit Solutions & Fintech, where they utilized AWS cloud-based architecture to build and maintain the corporate website and API. Additionally, they developed online account opening software and managed financial technology vendors to improve customer experience and reduce operating costs.

Anthony has also worked as a Full Stack Developer at Enterprise Information Services, Inc., a Senior Web Programmer at New Directions Technologies Inc., and a Web Developer at Montecito Bank & Trust. In addition to their corporate experience, they have also worked as an Independent Contractor and held positions as a Web Developer at InFront Tools and as the owner of Coy Consulting Group.

Prior to their career in technology, Anthony served as a Military Officer and Pilot in the Marine Corps Recruiting. Anthony has a strong background in web development, software engineering, and team management, and has demonstrated their ability to drive technological advancements and improve user experiences in various organizations.

Anthony Coy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science from San Diego State University from 2009 to 2013. In 2015 to 2016, they attended the Naval Aviation Training Command and obtained a designation as a Naval Aviator specializing in KC-130J aircraft.

Additionally, in October 2016, Anthony obtained certifications as a Commercial Pilot with Multi-Engine, Single-Engine, and Instrument ratings from the Federal Aviation Administration. Anthony also holds a DoD Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense, obtained in September 2013. In January 2020, they attained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification through CompTIA.
