Maria McCall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Maria co-founded Mission Cinema in 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Vice President at Montecito Bank & Trust where they created and managed a travel and enrichment club for affluent clients. Maria also held the position of Senior Project Manager for Affluent Clients/V.P. at Union Bank, overseeing the Our Gang Travel & Enrichment Club and administering community affairs for the bank. Before their roles in the banking sector, Maria worked as a Program Manager at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, where they directed a bank loyalty program and managed a team. Maria also has experience as a self-employed marketing consultant and as a Recreation Supervisor at the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department, where they developed recreation activities for senior citizens. In addition, Maria worked as a Teacher at Bishop Garcia Diego High School.
Maria McCall attended McNeese State University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Foreign Languages. Additionally, in May 2022, they received a certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
