Michelle Richardson

Michelle Richardson has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, business intelligence, and information systems. Michelle started their career at Pacific Capital Bancorp as a VP and Senior Business Systems Analyst. In 2007, they joined Montecito Bank & Trust as a VP, Information Management Manager. Michelle then moved up to the role of SVP, Director of Information Systems & Analytics in 2010, SVP/Director of Management Information Systems in 2013, SVP/Director of Business Intelligence & Office of Project Management in 2015, and SVP/Director of Project Management Office in 2017. Throughout their career, Michelle has been responsible for leading and overseeing enterprise technology projects and bank initiatives, as well as developing and implementing PMO policies, procedures, and project management training.
