Melissa O’Neill

Melissa O’Neill is an accomplished professional in investor relations, currently serving as Director and Senior Associate at Montecito Medical Real Estate since May 2022. In January 2024, Melissa took on a role in Investor Relations at MontecitoPLUS, while concurrently working in Investor Relations at a Single Family Office since May 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant at i3 Verticals from August 2019 to April 2022, and Analyst in Artist Royalties at Warner Music Group from August 2017 to August 2019. An early career internship in Healthcare Transaction Advisory was completed at Alvarez & Marsal in 2017. Educationally, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Auburn University, attended from August 2013 to May 2017, and graduated with an Honors Diploma from Brentwood High School in May 2013.
