Lydia L.

Lydia L. has extensive experience in healthcare administration and leadership. Lydia is currently working at Montefiore Nyack Hospital as the Senior Director of the Center of Learning and Development. Prior to this, they worked at Mount Sinai Health System as a Professional Development role from 2016 to 2021. From 2013 to 2016, Lydia served as the Director of Emergency Services at HackensackUMC Mountainside. Before that, they held the same position at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center Inc from 2011 to 2013. Lydia started their career at New York-Presbyterian Hospital as a Patient Care Director from 2007 to 2011.

Lydia L. obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from New York University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also earned several certifications including Legal Nurse Consultant Certified (LNCC) from the Vickie Milazzo Institute in April 2021 and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association in September 2019. Lydia also obtained the Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) certification from the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) in 2018.
