Charlotte Irving

Charlotte Irving is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Montel Group and has been involved in HR roles for over two decades. Charlotte also serves as the Chairperson at Vision Academy Learning Trust, where Charlotte helped in the formation of a new Multi-Academy Trust. With a background in business development, client liaison, and recruitment, Charlotte has a strong foundation in HR and commercial consulting. Charlotte's education includes a BA Hons in Communication Studies from Teesside University.
