David Rimell

David Rimell is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Montel since August 2025. Previously, Rimell held the role of VP of Engineering at Piano, where responsibilities included overseeing digital business solutions for media companies. Prior to Piano, Rimell gained extensive experience at Schibsted, contributing as a Senior Technical Program Manager and playing a key role in the Adevinta IPO, while also developing tools for cloud infrastructure management. Rimell's earlier career includes leadership positions at News UK, where significant achievements involved architecting next-generation newsroom systems and overseeing commercial ad technologies.
