Matteo Scarpi

Matteo Scarpi is currently serving as the HSE&E Site Leader at Gruppo Montenegro, where responsibilities include improving operations through the implementation of HSE IMS and monitoring business unit development via KPIs. Prior to this role, Matteo was an HSE Engineer at Louis Vuitton, focusing on technical assessments and compliance with corporate policies and regulations. Matteo's experience also includes an internship at Salvatore Ferragamo, managing HSE and Energy Management Systems. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Safety and Prevention Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a Higher Education Master in Energy Management from ALMA LABORIS Business School, and earlier studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and Liverpool School of English.
