Craig Pennington

Craig Pennington is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in data center design and operations. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Montera Infrastructure since April 2025, Pennington drives technical innovation for the company's hyperscale and AI-focused data centers. Prior roles include Vice President of Data Center Design & Construction at Oracle, where responsibilities included expanding design capabilities for cloud infrastructure, and Vice President of Global Design at Equinix, overseeing global consistency and master planning for data center designs. With a strong foundation in engineering physics from Sheffield Hallam University and an MBA from London Business School, Pennington has held various leadership positions across notable organizations, including NTT Europe and NonStopNet, and has played a pivotal role in enhancing data center efficiency and operational delivery throughout Europe.
