Sonny Depasquale

Sonny DePasquale is an experienced content producer specializing in conservation and sustainability communications. Currently serving as the Senior Content Producer for Global Ocean Conservation and Seafood Watch at Monterey Bay Aquarium since March 2023, Sonny develops written and visual content and manages campaign productions. Previous roles include Manager of Marketing Video & Photography at Audubon Nature Institute, where Sonny highlighted conservation initiatives, and Senior Producer & Interim Social Media Manager at 4Ocean LLC, focusing on the ocean cleanup mission for a broad audience. Additional experience includes producing marketing content for the Human Rights Campaign and serving as a Visual Communications Specialist for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Sonny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Central Florida, a Graduate Certificate in Communications for Conservation from Colorado State University, and training from the Wildlife Film Academy in South Africa.
