Kareem Baradei

Kareem Baradei is an experienced manufacturing and process engineer currently serving as Manufacturing Engineer II at Monterey Boats since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing the Manufacturing Engineering Team and optimizing production processes. Prior to this role, Kareem worked at Sea Ray Boats for five years, first as a Process Engineer and then as an Industrial Engineer, focusing on new product integration and process implementation for boat manufacturing. Kareem also led a team at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center during a summer program, improving the efficiency of the patient discharge process through lean methodologies. Experience as General Manager at Hanna's Cafe Old City and as an Executive Program Advisor and Plant Manager/Engineer Apprentice at Eurodrip USA further solidified a robust understanding of operations management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an Associate of Science from Pellissippi State Community College.
