Beth Peerless

Beth Peerless is a seasoned writer with extensive experience in journalism and communications. Since 2000, Beth has served as a columnist and feature writer for the Monterey Herald, focusing on local events. As the owner and executive of Peerless Communications since 1995, Beth has been involved in freelance writing, photography, graphic design, and marketing. Prior experience includes writing for the Monterey County Weekly from 1996 to 2000 and working as a public relations manager at Thunderbird Bookshop from 1992 to 1998, where responsibilities included publicizing, graphic design, advertising, and newsletter publication. Beth holds a BA in Journalism with a minor in Spanish from San Diego State University, graduating Cum Laude, and an AA in Journalism/Spanish from Monterey Peninsula College.
