David Dobrowski

David Dobrowski has extensive experience in data analysis, research, and evaluation. Currently serving as the Director of Data, Research and Partnerships at Monterey County Office of Education, David utilizes statistical software to collect and analyze complex data sets. Previously, David has worked as an Independent Evaluation Consultant for various organizations and as a Senior Analyst at Santa Cruz County Human Services Department. David holds a MPA in Nonprofit Management from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
