Joe MacKe

Joe Macke, CCM, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Monterey Peninsula Country Club since October 2024. Prior to this position, Joe held various roles in the hospitality industry, including Assistant Director of Club Operations and Clubhouse Manager at Desert Mountain Club from May 2020 to October 2024, and Director of Food and Beverage at The Olympic Club from February 2017 to May 2020. Joe’s extensive experience also includes positions such as Food and Beverage Manager at Loews Hotels, Room Service Manager and Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and roles at Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Joe began a career in hospitality at Northstar at Tahoe as Parking Operations Supervisor. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Chico, between 2005 and 2009.
