Belinda Rosen

Belinda Rosen is currently employed as a Substitute Musician at various symphonies such as San Francisco Symphony, Pacific Symphony, California Symphony, and others. Belinda also serves as an Oboe Instructor at Enriching Lives through Music. Belinda holds a Performance Studies Certificate in Oboe Performance from San Francisco Conservatory of Music, a Master's degree in Oboe Performance from Rice University, and a Bachelor's degree in Oboe Performance from University of Michigan.
