Edward "Cliff" Williams is a Command and Control Subject Matter Expert & Program Manager at Monterey Technologies, Inc. Previously, Williams served as a Military Officer in the USAF. Edward "Cliff" holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Administration & Logistics from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Maryland.
